EARLY HUMANS & ANIMATED ART | 1/19/18

What role does lighting play in the caves?  How might these painting have been used by primitive man?  What are the two techniques that the early artists used to paint on the walls of the cave?  Why do you think they painted with these images?

The brightness and the location and the location of the lights altered how the paintings would have been viewed. The two techniques that were used by early artists was juxtaposition of successive images. The second technique is superimposition, when variations of an image pile on top of one another to have a sense of motion.

Summarize the three techniques that she taught in this lesson? What is a way you could use each of these individual techniques going forward with your video's that you create? One technique that was explained in the video was the Rate Stretch Tool, adjusting the speed depending on how you adjust the clip. The second technique is changing the the Clip Speed / Duration. There's also Ripple Edit, which fills in gaps. Another feature is Reverse Speed, which is exactly what it sounds like.
