What are three key pieces of advice that this article gives on educating potential clients on creating videos for them?

One key advice is to be open with your clients, such as how video production works and about the cost of all of it. Another is to invite your clients to the shoot, being courtesy and team building. Lastly, in my opinion, the best advice given in this article, is to under-promise and over-deliver. Give the clients more than what hey paid for. Don't deliver something that you can't stand by. Match the client's vision with what you can deliver for the budget they have in mind.

One technique that was explained in the video was the Rate Stretch Tool, adjusting the speed depending on how you adjust the clip. The second technique is changing the the Clip Speed / Duration. There's also Ripple Edit, which fills in gaps. Another feature is Reverse Speed, which is exactly what it sounds like.
