11/29/2017 | HOW A TV SHOW GETS MADE
What are three ways that television production is different thank feature film production? What did you find interesting about this process?
Television production is fast paced. Scenes are assigned a location, time of day, and actors, which is called a white schedule. A television season is much longer than a feature film. What I found interesting is that there are many different cuts of an episode, an editors cut, directors cut, producers cut, and lastly, the networks cut. Also, some episodes are worked on just hours before it airs.
