Watch the following video below and write a 1 paragraph reflection on the following prompt:

How does teamwork effect filmmaking?  Why is it so important?

A team is always stronger than just one person. Sometimes it might be better to work alone, if it's at school, because some students are just complete jerks, and just disrespect their team and don't contribute to anything. It's different outside of school, because usually it's something more important than a high school project. In high school, it might be difficult to work in groups if you're stuck with people that you hate. But if you're in a team outside of school, such as in the film industry, you'll most likely either not have hatred towards anyone, because you probably don't know anyone, or you just have to put that hatred aside and work with the people on your team to get the job done. Teamwork is important, powerful, and makes a bigger impact than just one person. You can get the job done easier and quicker. You have more strength for doing almost everything better. In the video, one penguin couldn't tilt the iceberg to defend him/herself from the shark, but a big team is powerful enough to do so. Basically, a team gives you power. A team can do 100x as much as just one person. In the film industry, a team that cooperates with each other, listens to each, and most importantly, works together, can make a powerful.
